Sometimes, we grow so tired trying to carry everything on our own that we forget God never asked us to do it alone.

Bring Him your worries, your fears, and the burdens your heart can no longer bear.

You don't have to have all the answers.

You just have to trust the One who does.
Lay it at His feet. What is too heavy for you is never too heavy for Him.

“Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee.”
— Psalm 55:22

October is Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month.

For the babies who were loved before they were ever held.

For the babies who were held, but not nearly long enough.

For the pregnancies that ended before there was a chance to announce them.

For the due dates that still live in someone’s heart.

For the names only a few people know.

For the tiny clothes that never got worn.

For the moms who had to walk out of an ultrasound room with their entire world changed.

For the parents who still wonder who their baby would’ve been.

And for every family carrying a grief that the rest of the world may not see

Your baby mattered.
Your love mattered.
Your loss matters.

Social media and AI are now part of everyday life for many children and teens. While they can be great tools for learning and creativity, they also require guidance and healthy boundaries.

Here are a few ways to help keep your child safe:
• 💬 Keep conversations open about their online experiences.
• 🧠 Teach them that not everything online or created by AI is accurate.
• 🔒 Encourage them to protect their personal information.
• ⏰ Set healthy screen time limits and prioritize offline activities.
• ❤️ Promote kindness and respect in all online interactions.

By staying involved and creating a safe space for honest conversations, you can help your child build healthy digital habits that last a lifetime.

If you're concerned about your child's emotional well-being or online experiences, we're here to support you. 💚

Today, on Bereaved Mother’s Day, we honor the women whose motherhood is carried in memory, in love, and in the babies they hold forever in their hearts.

💐To the mothers longing for the child who never came.
💐To the mothers who never got to bring their baby home.
💐To the mothers who never got the baby shower, the milestones, or the future they imagined.
💐To the mothers navigating pregnancy after loss.
💐To the mothers who had to say goodbye far too soon.
💐To the mothers carrying grief quietly while the world moves on.

Today, we see you. We remember your babies. And we honor the love that makes you a mother—today and always.

Postpartum OCD is real—and it doesn’t make you a bad parent.

Intrusive thoughts after having a baby can feel terrifying, especially when they go against everything you value. You might find yourself replaying “what if” scenarios or feeling an intense need to check, clean, or control things to keep your baby safe.

Here’s the truth:
Those thoughts are a symptom, not a reflection of who you are.

Postpartum OCD often shows up as:
• Unwanted, distressing thoughts about harm coming to your baby
• Compulsions like repeated checking, washing, or seeking reassurance
• Overwhelming guilt or fear of being alone with your child

You are not alone, and you are not beyond help. Treatment works. Support matters.

Talking about it breaks the shame.

If this resonates, reach out—to a therapist, a doctor, or someone you trust. Healing is possible, and you deserve to feel safe in your own mind while caring for your baby.

"Heavy work" is another great way to help regulate a child's nervous system 💪🏻

"Heavy work" is another great way to help regulate a child's nervous system 💪🏻

One of the biggest misconceptions about chores is that they’re just about getting things done.

They’re not.

Chores are one of the earliest ways children learn responsibility, independence, and how to contribute to a shared space. They build confidence, problem-solving skills, and a sense of capability over time. When children are included in everyday tasks, they begin to see themselves as part of the family, not just someone being taken care of, but someone who also takes care.

At the same time, it’s important to remember that skills develop gradually. A child’s ability to follow through, stay focused, and complete tasks is directly connected to their age, development, and nervous system regulation. What feels “simple” to us may still be a learning process for them.

This is why age-appropriate expectations matter. When we meet children where they are, instead of expecting too much too soon, we create opportunities for success instead of frustration.

And just as important, these are suggestions, not rules. Every child is different. Their temperament, maturity, and interests will shape what they’re ready for. Some will take on responsibilities earlier, others will need more time and support, and both are completely normal.

The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is gradually building skills, confidence, and a sense of contribution over time.

✨ Save this as a guide you can come back to, and adjust based on what works best for your child.
