Your body gives you signs when it needs attention tight muscles, stress, tension, headaches, and poor sleep can all take a toll. Massage is more than relaxation; consistent sessions can help reduce tension, improve circulation, support recovery, and promote overall wellness. In today’s session, we’re using cupping therapy as an optional add-on. Cupping may help increase blood flow and release stubborn areas of tension, but it’s not necessary or appropriate for everyone.
