Total Knee Replacement with NO muscles or tendons cut

This is a patient of mine now 6 weeks out from total knee replacement with a medial “side” incision and with no muscle or tendons cut. He was off the walker and not taking pain medicine after the first week!
It’s great to see my patients get back to the life they want 👏🏻💪🏻
