Today was truly AMAZING at Option to Success! đź©·đź’ś

New Birth Church’s Serving Our Sisters in the Community didn’t just sponsor a beautiful baby shower for our mothers and the ladies on our campus they truly poured into them. From massages and manicures to delicious food, thoughtful gifts, setup, and cleanup, every detail was filled with love and care.

All of the ladies from our campus attended and felt celebrated, supported, and seen and that means everything to us.

A very special shout-out to our Development Director, Tracey Bridges, for creating this wonderful partnership and helping bring this beautiful experience together!

Today was a great day at Option to Success! đź’šđź’›

Special thanks to SEJAY Chair Dr. Hollowell, JJAB member Laura, and Tara and Carly from DJJ for hosting today’s Community Listening Session and providing a delicious meal for our young ladies.

Our youth learned about laws, accountability, expungement, and racial disparities within the juvenile justice system while sharing their own experiences and perspectives.

One young lady reminded us that doing better requires a growth mindset. That is what meaningful youth engagement looks like educating, listening, encouraging growth, and ensuring young voices count!

Thank you for pouring into our young ladies. They made us proud! 💪🏽💚

Although we celebrated internally, we couldn’t let this moment pass without wishing Ms. Kathy the mother of our Founder and CEO a very happy 11th anniversary with Option To Success! 🎉💗

Ms. Kathy has been with us since the very beginning day one. With her many years of experience in education, foster care, and residential services, she helped our Founder understand how to serve young people with compassion, structure, and consistency.

The number 11 represents purpose, alignment, and intuition. Thank you, Ms. Kathy, for planting the seed, sharing your wisdom, and helping ensure the vision was built on a strong foundation. Your impact can still be seen throughout the work we do today.
