⭐ Congratulations David Stanley - Governance Leadership Award Winner!⭐

At Christian Care Communities, David Stanley has demonstrated that exceptional leadership begins with a willingness to serve wherever you are needed most.

For more than seven years, David has brought his financial expertise, thoughtful leadership, and servant’s heart to the organization. When Christian Care Communities faced a transition in Chief Financial Officers, David even stepped away from the Board to temporarily serve in that role—putting the needs of the organization first.

As a member of the Finance Committee and most recently as Board Chair, David’s attention to detail and ability to turn complex information into clear direction have been invaluable. During his tenure as Chair, he attended every committee meeting, giving him a deep understanding of the organization while always respecting the important distinction between governance and management.
Through difficult decisions, David remained focused on the people at the heart of the mission—helping Christian Care Communities successfully balance margin with mission.

His steadfast leadership has strengthened the organization and supported both the elders it serves and those who serve them.

It is a great honor to recognize David Stanley of Christian Care Communities as the 2026 recipient of the Governance Leadership Award. Thank you LeadingAge Kentucky!

This year, we're proud to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Generations on the Greens Golf Classic on Monday, October 12, at Persimmon Ridge Golf Course.
