Mama & Baby: Infant Massage + Sound Bath ✨
Join us for a nurturing morning where you’ll learn simple infant massage techniques to support bonding, relaxation, and digestion, followed by a calming sound bath designed to help both mama and baby settle, regulate, and rest together.

🌿 For mamas + pre-crawling babies

📍 Iron Bell Retreat Center
💲 $25 per mama + baby pair

Your registration includes:
✨ Infant massage instruction
✨ Gentle sound bath experience
✨ Hydration-supportive wellness drink
✨ Light bite
✨ A welcoming space where feeding, rocking, changing, and baby noises are all welcome

The experience will last approximately 75–90 minutes, with relaxed arrival and departure times so you can follow your baby’s needs without stress.

What would it feel like to give your mind 75 minutes of a break?

Join us for an evening of deep rest and renewal through sound.

Hosted by Josh Brown from , Jenny Dedrick from , and Abigai Arana form .
This multi-practitioner sound bath blends ancient sound healing traditions with modern sound therapy to create an immersive experience designed to calm the nervous system and support overall well-being.

Using over 20 instruments played live, including singing bowls, chimes, flutes, drums, guitar, keys, and atmospheric soundscapes, we’ll create a layered environment that invites you to slow down, settle in, and simply receive.
