June was filled with meaningful moments of mindfulness! 🌿💚

Our Mindfulness Mentors kicked off Joe Creason Park's Mindfulness Mondays, sharing breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement with community members. We also partnered with the Norton Sports & Learning Center, helping young athletes start each day with calm, focus, and confidence through daily mindfulness practices.

We're grateful for these opportunities to connect with our community, inspire well-being, and share simple tools that support resilience—both on the field and in everyday life. ✨

Looking for a meaningful way to spend your Saturday morning? Join us on Saturday, June 27 from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM at the Passionist Earth & Spirit Center and help care for our beautiful 27-acre nature preserve!

Volunteer projects may include:
🌱 Removing invasive species
🥾 Trail and woodland maintenance
🌼 Gardening and outdoor projects
🌳 General land stewardship

Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or trying it for the first time, everyone is welcome. Enjoy the fresh air, connect with nature, meet new people, and help protect one of Louisville's treasured green spaces.
