Skincare doesn't have to be complicated. It just needs the right foundation. ✨

These are three of my favorite products because they work together to support healthier, more radiant skin at every stage.

HA Collagen Booster delivers deep hydration to plump the skin and soften the appearance of fine lines.

BioPeptide Beauty Cream nourishes with peptides, growth factors, and antioxidants to support collagen production and healthier-looking skin.

Vita-CE Serum combines stabilized vitamin C and peptides to brighten, defend against environmental stressors, and promote a more even, youthful complexion.

Healthy skin isn't about chasing perfection. It's about consistently supporting your skin's natural ability to repair, protect, and renew itself.

These are the products I reach for because they're thoughtfully formulated with ingredients backed by science and designed to work together.

One of the biggest differences between conventional medicine and functional medicine comes down to this: we don’t assume your symptoms are unrelated.

If you’re dealing with brain fog, anxiety, digestive issues, a racing heart, joint hypermobility, fatigue, and inflammation, you’ve probably been told that each one belongs to a different specialist, a different diagnosis, or a different prescription. But that’s not actually how the body works.

Our immune system, nervous system, hormones, gut, and metabolism are constantly talking to each other, so when one system becomes dysregulated, the effects tend to ripple through the whole body.

That’s why root-cause medicine matters so much to me. Instead of asking which symptom we should treat next, we ask what underlying process could explain all of it together.

In this episode of Resiliency Radio, Dr. Aaron Hartman talks about why listening closely to patients, connecting clues that seem unrelated, and seeing the whole person can completely change the course of someone’s healing.

Sometimes the breakthrough isn’t another diagnosis. It’s finally seeing the whole picture.

Few topics in integrative oncology have generated more discussion recently than ivermectin and mebendazole.

Laboratory research has shown these well-known antiparasitic medications may influence cancer cells through several fascinating mechanisms, including disrupting tumor metabolism, reducing inflammation, and supporting immune function. More recently, a large real-world observational study has added to the conversation by suggesting these medications may be associated with improved survival in certain patients.

But it's important to understand what this research actually tells us.

Early findings are not the same as proof. Observational studies can identify promising patterns, but they cannot establish cause and effect. Before these medications become part of standard cancer care, we need well-designed clinical trials to determine who may benefit, what doses are appropriate, and how they should be used safely alongside conventional treatment.

As a functional medicine physician, I believe patients deserve both hope and honesty. We should remain open to emerging therapies while also respecting the scientific process that helps us determine what truly works.

In my latest blog, I break down the newest research, explain the biological mechanisms being studied, discuss the limitations of the current evidence, and share how I approach these conversations with my own patients.

Healing isn’t always marked by a dramatic breakthrough.

Sometimes it’s found in a quiet, ordinary moment that suddenly reminds you just how far you’ve come.

In this conversation, Dr. Aaron Hartman shares one of those moments. Watching his daughter on a video call, he realized that, for just a minute, she looked like any other child talking on her phone. It was a simple moment, but it represented years of perseverance, hope, and refusing to accept that the original prognosis was the end of her story.

As physicians, we often focus on lab results, scans, and measurable outcomes. But some of the most meaningful victories can’t be captured in a chart.

They’re the moments when a family begins to hope again.

When someone regains a piece of their life they thought was gone forever.

This is why I believe we should never stop searching for answers. Healing may not happen overnight, and it may not look exactly as we imagined, but progress is always worth pursuing.

🎙️ This conversation is a powerful reminder of what’s possible when we refuse to give up.

Thank you for being curious. For asking better questions. For being willing to look deeper and explore a different way of thinking about health and healing.

Over the years, we've learned from incredible physicians, researchers, and thought leaders about everything from chronic illness and functional medicine to neuroscience, environmental health, longevity, and resilience.

One million subscribers isn't just a milestone. It's a reminder that people are searching for better answers, deeper understanding, and hope.

Thank you for being part of this community and for trusting me to be part of your journey.

Here's to the next million conversations and I can't wait to keep learning with you. ❤️

What if brain fog, low mood, and memory changes aren't simply part of getting older?

Emerging research is transforming the way we think about brain health. Scientists now know your brain has its own immune system, and it's constantly communicating with your gut. When that communication breaks down, it can contribute to neuroinflammation, cognitive changes, and mood disturbances.
The encouraging news? Research suggests many of these changes may be more reversible than we once believed.

Join me for a special live webinar where I'll break down the latest science on the gut-brain connection in a way that's practical, easy to understand, and focused on what you can actually do to support your brain health.

We'll explore:
✨ The brain-gut connection and why it matters
✨ How gut health influences memory, mood, and cognitive function
✨ The role of microglia and neuroinflammation
✨ What short-chain fatty acids are and why they're essential for brain health
✨ Functional medicine strategies to support a healthier gut-brain axis

Whether you've been struggling with brain fog, memory concerns, low mood, or simply want to protect your cognitive health as you age, I hope you'll join us.

This is a LIVE webinar with limited Zoom capacity, so comment BRAIN to reserve your spot before registration fills.

The biggest mistake I see people make is trying to detox while they’re still living in the source of their exposure.

Here’s the truth: You cannot fully heal while your body keeps receiving the same environmental signal every single day.

Real recovery starts with identifying and correcting the source, through moisture correction, remediation, and a thorough environmental evaluation. Once that’s addressed, everything else, detox, mitochondrial support, nutrition, sleep, nervous system regulation, immune recovery, becomes so much more effective.

My goal was never to scare you about mold. It’s to help you see your environment as one of the most powerful, and most overlooked, pieces of your health story.

Have you ever wondered how two people can live in the exact same house, breathe the exact same air, and only one of them ends up chronically ill?

It comes down to a mix of genetics, immune resilience, past infections, nutritional status, your existing toxic load, mitochondrial health, and how long the exposure lasted.

Some people bounce back quickly. Others end up in a state of prolonged immune activation that needs real, individualized care. If that’s you, please hear me: it’s not in your head, and you’re not overreacting.

Finally, I want to talk about where healing actually begins and if you want to read the full blog comment CHAETOMIUM below.
