Medical Transformation Center

Medical Transformation Center We help people transform their health - whether you need answers, want better ways to manage a diagnosis, or aim to feel and perform your best at any age.

At Medical Transformation Center, we strive to live up to our name. We are a physical place where people transform their lives through medical innovation. And while we have a lot of ways we help people, those who get the most out of working with us either

1) have medical questions they can’t seem to get answered

2) have a diagnosis they need to figure out how to manage in the most effective way,

or

3) are interested in being the healthiest and highest performing version of themselves, regardless of age. We use a whole person approach that manages your health while helping you function at the highest level. And we look at the WHOLE body - all the way down to the actual cells. Led by industry pioneers Dr. Carl Paige and Terri Paige, Co-Founders, our team of transformation experts are shaping the future of medicine.

Happy Labor Day from all of us at MTC. 💚

Today feels like a good reminder that while meaningful work matters, so does making space to rest.

We’re incredibly grateful for our MTC team and the care, curiosity, and heart they bring to our patients every day. And we’re equally grateful for the trust our patients place in us and the opportunity to be part of their health journeys.

Whatever today looks like for you, we hope there is a little time to slow down, recharge, and enjoy the people and moments that matter most.

Rest is part of taking care of the body, too. 💚

Your cells don’t know how many birthdays you’ve celebrated.

Chronological age is easy to measure. Cellular aging tells a much more personal story.

Genetics certainly matter, but so do the things our cells experience every day. How we nourish our bodies. How we move. How we sleep. How we manage stress. The environment we live in. Over time, all of these can influence how well our cells create energy, repair, adapt, and function.

It’s one reason two people can be the exact same age and feel very different.

And it’s why we don’t love hearing someone say, “I guess this is just what happens when you get older.”

Sometimes it is worth asking a better question: What does my body need now?

Getting older is part of life. The goal isn’t to chase youth or a younger number. It’s to support the body you have today so you can continue feeling strong, clear, resilient, and capable of doing the things that matter to you.

Your age is part of your story. It doesn’t have to tell the whole story.

Share this with someone who may need the reminder that “just getting older” isn’t always the only answer. 💚

Sometimes feeling stuck isn’t about trying harder.

When low mood, brain fog, or patterns that feel difficult to change begin affecting everyday life, I think it’s important to ask a deeper question: **What might the brain need to function differently?**

Our brains have an incredible ability to adapt and form new connections. This is called neuroplasticity, and it’s one of the reasons I’m so encouraged by the ways we can support brain health.

ExoMind uses ExoTMS technology to stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood, cognitive function, and impulse control. It’s a noninvasive approach designed to support healthier neural activity and positive neuroplasticity, without surgery or downtime.

The brain is not static. It can learn, adapt, and change.

Muscle is the currency of longevity. There's an important reason why.
Strength gives us choices.

It helps us travel, carry our groceries, get up from the floor, play with our grandchildren, maintain our balance, and continue doing so many of the things that make life feel like ours.

And caring for that strength begins much earlier than most of us realize. Muscle can begin declining in our 30s, which is why what we do today matters for the way we want to live decades from now.

At HealthSpan Center, we look beyond the workout. We teach people how movement, nutrition, sleep, recovery, stress, and mindset work together to support the body at the cellular level.

Because healthspan isn’t built in one workout or one appointment. It’s built in the choices we make every day.

Muscle naturally changes as we age. But getting older does not mean we have to accept a steady decline in strength, mobility, or independence.

At HealthSpan Center, we start with a different question: What do you want to keep doing?

Travel. Dance. Explore. Play with grandchildren. Get up from the floor with confidence. Whatever the answer, we can build strength, movement, nutrition, and recovery around supporting that life.

Age may change what the body needs. It doesn't have to define what the body can do.

What we love most about what we’re building at HealthSpan Center is that it isn’t about simply telling people what they should do. It’s about helping them understand their bodies and turn that knowledge into something they can actually live.

In the latest issue of Sophisticated Living, Terri Paige sat down with our Head Resilience Coach, Brett Greenwell, to reflect on our first six months. We talked about strength, nutrition, body composition, recovery, and why some of the most meaningful progress happens outside the gym.

As Brett says, the goal is simple: “Can I help you do the things you want to do every day?”

That’s healthspan. Building the strength and resilience to keep living the life you want to live.

Your gut is more connected to the rest of your health than most people realize.

As Dr. Paige explains, the gut is technically outside the body. Once you understand why, the relationship between the gut, immune system, brain, mood, and even the skin begins to look very different.

Acne. Rosacea. Psoriasis. Seborrhea. What we see on the surface may sometimes be a clue that something deeper deserves attention.

Treating the skin matters. But so does asking what may be contributing to the inflammation in the first place.

Watch as Dr. Paige explains the gut barrier in a way you won't forget. Then share this with someone who may need to look beyond the surface.

Feeling better doesn't have to begin with an expensive plan or changing everything at once.

One of the simplest places to start is with what's already in the kitchen. Turn over a few labels and look for artificial sweeteners like aspartame, sucralose, saccharin, and Splenda, along with preservatives like BHA and BHT.

Small choices matter. Removing ingredients that may not be serving the body well is one simple way to begin supporting brain, gut, and overall health.

Start with one label today. You may be surprised by what you find.

Share this with someone who's been wondering what "one thing" they can do to start. 💚
