8 years of Mudita Massage đź’š
This Friday, May 1st, marks my 8 year anniversary 🎉
It’s been eight years since I opened Mudita Massage, and my work has continued to deepen and evolve. I’ve decided to move away from presenting myself primarily as a “deep tissue massage therapist” and instead lean more fully into what has always been central to my work: creating a safe, grounded space where you feel supported enough to drop into deep relaxation and deeper connection with your body.
In today’s fast-paced and often overwhelming world, it feels more important than ever to have spaces that help regulate the nervous system and reconnect us to the wisdom of the body. I am honored to hold that for you.
