NAMI Louisville made another visit with these amazing kids and had a great activity filled day! We talked about how to calm yourself down by using 3-3-3: 3 things you can hear, 3 things you can see and 3 movements to yourself!

On slide 3 you can see the amazing NAMI Louisville stress balls we made that the kids loved.

And lastly, we made a safety garden that the student created flowers for highlighting places and things that make them safe!

NAMI Louisville is the community's leading nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by mental health conditions through free education, peer and family support, advocacy, and community outreach.

Our Mission:

To strengthen families and individuals affected by mental illness through education, support, and advocacy.

We hope to see you and your family on Saturday, August 29th at Kosair Shriners Center 4120 Bardstown Rd Louisville, KY 40218. The Fair begins at 10:00 AM and ends at 2:00 PM. There will be over Community Resource Vendors, A Sensory Room, Door Prizes and more!
