good morning friends....spent good time yesterday, 2 hours of an intake with a functional medicine practitioner - 2 hours of my history! grateful to be in their good care, louisville integrative healthcare....
This morning i've fed our 7 porch kitties and was on my way down to my garden to do earthing - and noticed the sunflower
Brownie, our back yard groundhog, ate all the leaves from the young sunflowers, for a while i thought they would t make it but look how beautiful the sunflower is!
it reminds me that we have things happen to us but with water, sunshine and love we are resilient - and even more beautiful without some of our leaves, also reminds me of if we can be vulnerable and open up to allow others in, we flourish in our own way.
