Your session will be customized and tailored to your specific needs. I enjoy listening to the body and letting intuition guide a session - changing your view of massage therapy indefinitely. I love teaching what I know about the body and the energy centers to help you feel better and more bal

anced well after your session has ended. I will work with you (not just on you) using an array of different techniques and modalities! During any length of session you might experience any of the following techniques: cupping, active stretching, passive stretching, aroma therapy, moist heat application, dry heat, breath work, and guided meditation. Except…..

that while momma deer was off for the day spreading her scent to throw off her tracks the baby nestled up RIGHT next to my sacred little healing space near the open window while I was working🥹

I’ve always felt this to be my path, “the healer,” but processing how powerful of statement this is has me feeling things I don’t know how to express.

I work with so many people, and most of them are mothers. Mothers finding their way back to their bodies- after birth, after loss, after stress…
