Our mission, vision, and values are more than just words, they guide everything we do. Each quarter, we recognize team members who demonstrate these values throughout our organization. Congratulations to Roberts Bajaruns, a recent award recipient for his hard work, dedication, and commitment to our mission.

When a tragedy at the Louisville, KY airport disrupted shipments and risked delays in patients receiving their medications, Roberts stepped up without hesitation. He volunteered to help deliver packages to the FedEx hub in Indianapolis. His willingness to step up during a challenging situation helped ensure the continuity of care for our patients and reflected the dedication, compassion, and service that define our Mission, Vision, and Values.

Every quarter, we recognize employees who demonstrate our mission, vision, and values with a $500 donation to a charity of their choice. As an award winner, Jennifer Shore selected St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, whose mission is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment.

Jennifer demonstrated extraordinary dedication when a tragedy at the Louisville airport disrupted our pharmacy’s ability to ship medications. Without hesitation, she retrieved the remaining packages and personally delivered them to the FedEx hub in Indianapolis. When delays continued the following day, she stepped up again to ensure patients would receive their much-needed medication. Her swift action protected the continuity of care for our patients during a challenging situation and reflected the extreme dedication that defines our organization. We are incredibly grateful for her leadership and commitment to patient care.
