I see you.
I hear you.
I feel you.
I honor you.
•
ALL parts of you are welcome—even the parts the world has told you to hide, tone down, silence.
•
You don’t have to be sugar and spice, prim and proper, fit in a box that’s too tight for you.
•
Take up space! Be loud, be soft, laugh, cry. Get it wrong sometimes and celebrate!
•
Your wild messy, fierce, shape-shifting self is welcome here. You are welcome, sister.
•
We are practicing. Being. We are reclaiming, re-membering — all parts of ourselves—together in a circle.
•
We are speaking a new world into being— through our voices, through song and intention, through the destruction and re-weaving —we are reclaiming our unique and valuable light! ✨💗⭕️🌀
•
I honor your medicine: openhearted, accepting, surrendered, joyful, encouraging, hopeful, mothering, grateful, creative, wonder-full.
•
We don’t have to get it perfect. We practice together, as we knit the remembrance back into our bones.
•
Thank you mothertreelou for the use of “the womb room.” May the medicine in that sacred space continue to expand in circles of inclusivity.⭕️💗🙏🏽🌀✨
•
Thank you to Jesse Hendrix-Inman (Jesse Hendrix-Inman) for her photography skills 📸 in the first two pics.🙏🏽
•
I shared a couple of slides from a post by مريم حسنا that spoke to the medicine we cultivated in the circle under the full moon magic! 🌕 ✨🌀
•
The poem at the end is the one I read in the circle by Andrea Gibson, entitled “What I know about living is the pain.”
•
July’s Sistering Circle was such a balm to my nervous system. I hope to see you at the next one! 💗🙏🏽
