When is the right time for senior living?

The first time this question comes up, many families say “not yet.” New research shows that pressing pause may come at a cost.

A 2025 report from NORC at the University of Chicago found that most family caregivers assumed they had up to a year before
they’d need to act. In reality, nearly 7 in 10 moved a loved one to senior living within 60 days of starting their search.

We’re taking a closer look at why shifting from “not yet” to "let's find out" while there’s still time to choose – rather than react – can
change the whole experience.

When you have the best team in senior living...you have to have a party! And that's just what we did for Employee Appreciation Day at Symphony at Valley Farms. Food, games, more food, fun and prizes were on the menu as our team celebrated and were recognized for the amazing work that they do. Shoutout to Ramiros for the amazing food!
