Transformations has been providing emotional, social, mental, and behavioral support to children and their families since 1998. We are a group of mental health professionals from diverse backgrounds, languages, and specialties. Our specialists include: Marriage and Family Therapists, Social Workers, Art Therapists, Counselors and Psychologists. Transformations specializes in providing intensive home, school, and community based services to children and home or office based services to adults, couples and families. We also provide Case Management services to children and their families to organize mental health services and community resources to create a team approach to therapeutic care. Transformations understands that work hours and other commitments can make scheduling an appointment difficult, so we work with you on times that fit, including evening and weekend appointments. We work within Jefferson & surrounding counties, and the Lexington area in Kentucky. Transformations accepts Medicaid (direct Medicaid and all Managed Care companies: Anthem, Humana, Passport, Wellcare, United, & Aetna) and most commercial insurance plans.
