When I sat down to create this 200-hr YTT, I didn’t start with the curriculum, I started with a question:

How do I want people to feel when they leave?

Of course you’ll learn anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, breathwork, meditation, practice teaching, and everything needed to become a confident yoga teacher.

But more importantly, I hope you leave feeling more connected - to yourself, to others, to your practice, and to the world at large.
