🚁💨 Keep an eye on the skies, Louisville!

JFK1 is getting closer to returning to the skies! Our pilot, John, took her out for a test flight yesterday, bringing us one step closer to her inaugural patient flight!

Another successful JFK skills day is in the books!

Pediatric critical care transport requires constant preparation and we’re proud of a team that never stops learning, practicing, and pushing each other to be better.

Same mission and name, but a new aircraft!

We’re excited to introduce the newest member of the “Just for Kids” Transport Team, our new EC145 helicopter!

Although this aircraft replaces our previous EC145, it will proudly continue flying as “JFK1”. Every upgrade helps us better fulfill our commitment to providing exceptional pediatric critical care whenever and wherever we’re needed.

We’re looking forward to making many more lifesaving flights aboard our new “JFK1” but want to recognize the amazing work our original “JFK1” has done for us. Are you ready for this? An astounding 3848.8 flight hours and 10,442 total landings were completed in the 7 years of her service as “JFK1”! We have been immensely lucky to have had her in our fleet, we wish her the best on her next adventure!
