🎳🍽️ Back to one of our favorite local outings!

Our residents and Care Team revisited a nearby bowling alley and restaurant for another afternoon of delicious food, laughter, and great company. We keep telling ourselves that next time we’re going to bowl—but the food always seems to win! 😄

Maybe next time we'll make it to the lanes! Until then, we're happy enjoying the great food, relaxing atmosphere, and time spent together. 💙

🌶️🍽️ Good food, great company, and plenty to take home!

Our residents had a wonderful time on their outing to Chili’s! There was so much delicious food that everyone had leftovers to enjoy later. 😋

Sounds like we’ll definitely be making another trip soon!

🌭 Nothing says appreciation like a cookout!

Last Thursday, our amazing Executive Director, Shish, fired up the grill and treated our incredible Care Team to hot dogs as a small thank-you for everything they do.

"We love grilling and taking care of our amazing staff! We are so thankful for them and the compassionate care they provide."

We couldn't agree more. Thank you to our dedicated Care Team for the difference you make every single day! 👏

💙 Kindness knows no distance.

Through our Blanketed by an Angel initiative, inspired by our residents, we're able to share warmth and comfort with nursing centers, shelters, and those in need during the Christmas season.

A heartfelt thank you to our angel from Texas for the generous donation of 12 handmade items. Your kindness and thoughtfulness will help bring comfort and joy to so many this holiday season. We are truly grateful! 🎄

🌿🍽️ From the garden to the table!

Our Garden Club and Cooking Club teamed up to create a delicious homemade meal featuring fresh horseradish greens cooked low and slow with kielbasa, pork fat, fresh garlic, onions, bacon, and just the right blend of seasonings. Paired with hot water cornbread and a little kick from jalapeños, it was a meal that filled the room with wonderful aromas and even happier smiles.

The biggest compliment? Many of our residents came back for seconds... and even thirds! 💙

🍝A delicious day out at Olive Garden!

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful outing filled with great food, warm conversation, and plenty of laughter. Sharing a meal together is always a special way to make memories and enjoy time with friends.

We can't wait for our next adventure! 🥗💙

✨ Kindness has a way of bringing people together.

Our wonderful young volunteer returned this week to polish nails and spend time visiting with our residents—something they had been looking forward to since her last visit! Together, they also worked on making hats that will be gifted to nursing home residents across the state and beyond this Christmas, spreading warmth and joy to others.

As a small thank-you for the kindness and compassion she shares so freely, our residents surprised her by encouraging her to keep the very first hat she made.

We're incredibly grateful for volunteers like her who make such a meaningful difference in our community. 💙
