If you're a Veteran, active military family member, firefighter, police officer, or EMT, this clinic is for you — at no cost, no insurance required, no appointment needed.

Parking lot located off Barret Ave (near Broadway). Take the stairs and enter through the back door. No entry access through the front door. Wheelchair ramp access begins at the front of the building and wraps around back. If using Google Maps, be sure to enter Breckinridge Street, not Road.
