Such a joy to attend “Belmont’s Got Talent” and to see the art work, handmade jewelry, and the craftsmanship of the residents who live in this awesome community. David had been in the hospital for four days following a cardiac event. His discharge instructions covered medications, dietary restrictions, and a follow-up appointment two weeks out. What they didn't cover was transportation ...
