We are thrilled to announce our newest team member!
Beth Dixon is the Senior Director of Fraternity Operations for Phi Delta Epsilon Medical Fraternity. She served Chi Omega Fraternity in a variety of roles, most recently as the Director of Information Systems and interim event planner for their 2022 Convention. She loves numbers, report writing, and membership databases. Beth lives in Memphis, TN with her two daughters and dog Leroy. She volunteers for her local animal shelter in her off time and has fostered over 150 kittens.

Phi Delta Epsilon Medical Fraternity, Inc. is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Director of Fraternity Leadership. The Assistant Director of Fraternity Leadership reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer who reports to the International Board.

Essential Functions
• Support students to reach their full potential through the provision of Fraternity resources.
• Provide mentorship and counsel to individual members and chapters.
• Deliver information, advice and guidance to chapter officers regarding matters pertaining to the leadership experience.
• Promote diversity, equity, inclusion and access in all areas of work.
• Ability to travel via air and road throughout the year to various campuses throughout the United States (must have a valid driver’s license).
• Collaborate on global growth educational initiatives.
• Transform and lead award application logistics
• Promote a positive Fraternity culture for all student populations.
• Lead the process of assessing leadership programs.
• Innovate new process through data and analytics pertaining to the success of curricula outcomes.
• Serve as a Fraternity advocate.

As a proud partner of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, PhiDE believes it’s critical for us to do our part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We show our support, particularly for the kids who are most at-risk and the caregivers who working tirelessly to help protect them. Stay home and practice social distancing. The majority of us who contract COVID-19 will exhibit mild systems and be okay, but it’s critical, especially now, to isolate ourselves to prevent further spread and protect vulnerable kids.

By social distancing we can save the lives of the most vulnerable kids. During this challenging time, we ask you to consider for whom you are staying home.
