We are heartbroken to learn of the passing of Dolly Parton, founder of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library and beloved cultural icon. Dolly inspired generations with her music, one-of-a-kind personality, and limitless generosity.

We are privileged to be a part of her mission to get more books into the hands of more children through the Imagination Library of Louisville. We'll share ways you can honor her legacy and love for reading at a later time. For now, please keep Dolly's family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate this monumental loss.

Rest in peace, Dolly. We will always love you.

Did you know that neurological issues are the #1 reason for disability in the US?

I'll be speaking on MS tonight at 6:30pm EDT. This is an encore of the Norton Neuroscience Institute presentation I did last month.

I'm honored that the Movement Online Academy has asked me to present this relevant talk. It's free and you can join in if you like.

See below how to tune in.

I believe this work is important as living with MS can bring uncertainty, fatigue, and changes that may leave you wondering how to move with more comfort and confidence.

Yet even when symptoms vary from day to day, your brain and body still hold remarkable potential for learning.

Discover how you can support neuroplasticity and practical ways to feel more steady, connected, and empowered in your daily life.

I want to share something important on a subject that touches so many. It's about the experience of Parkinson's.

Living with Parkinson's often brings changes in timing, coordination, and ease that can affect how you move throughout your day.

Moments of slowness, stiffness, or freezing can interrupt your day and make you wonder what your body is still able to do.
Yet your nervous system remains capable of learning and adapting throughout life.

I am speaking for Norton Neuroscience Institute about how Feldenkrais supports neuroplasticity and why people with Parkinson's often feel more fluid, confident, and connected after this work.

Please join in. Discover practical ways to move with more ease and reclaim a greater sense of possibility in your daily life.

Details are below in the comments. This is something near and dear to my heart. Let's see what we can do.
