So excited to be teaching the birth prep class for Raising Parents' prenatal class series! This is a subject I really love to geek out on and I can't wait to help birthing parents and their partners learn more about birth and how to advocate for themselves!

The series includes several other super helpful topics. I wish I had someone talking to me about pelvic floor health BEFORE labor instead of trying to piece something together after symptoms had already showed up.
