I’ve been a little quiet over on this page the last few months & I can finally share what I’ve been up to 🥹 it’s wild how life can change so quickly & suddenly. We have prayed & longed for this moment for so long. To be honest, this pregnancy has been rough & I have been living horizontal, more to come 🩵 to those still waiting, still hoping, I see you 🫶🏼

August of last year, I had been feeling pretty miserable for quite some time. Brain fog, zero energy, massive migraines, exercise intolerance. I was searching high & low for answers and begging God to show me the way to healing. One morning, it hit me. What if it’s the eggs I have been eating every single morning? I quit eating eggs that day. I watched each symptom that had been debilitating me fall away almost overnight. But why eggs? Aren’t eggs good for you? It didn’t make sense to me until I realized what was happening. I had severe leaky gut. The protein from the eggs were crossing into my bloodstream and causing massive immune reactions, creating a huge histamine reaction and activating mast cells. The past 9 months I’ve been intentionally healing my gut. I have been nervous but eager to add eggs back into my diet again, and I am SO happy to say I CAN EAT EGGS AGAIN. Thank you Jesus for your healing 🙌🏼

Today I parked at the back of my work building and walked up the steps to get to the office, my usual routine these days. I got to the top of the steps and I glanced back and got a little teary eyed.

August 2025 I couldn’t walk up a flight of stairs without being sent into a full blown migraine, brain fog, and massive fatigue the rest of the day. I couldn’t as much as go on a walk with my daughter without being put out for the rest of the day.

Today, I can easily walk up this flight of stairs with no issue. What seems like a little victory, is a big one in my eyes and shows just how much healing has come.
