As we head into the first October weekend…
🕊️Remember there is a Mom or Dad that will not go Halloween costume shopping with their child
🕊️There is a spouse that will take that yearly drive to see the changing of leaves, without the love of their life.
🕊️There is that son or daughter that goes to the pumpkin patch picking out that special pumpkin wishing they could still go there with Mom or Dad
🕊️There is that friend that gets that traditional Pumpkin Spice Latte for one instead of two
🕊️There is that grandchild that watches the football game without cheering with Grandma or Grandpa when their favorite team won.
Seasons change and our hearts are reminded of the love we have for the ones that are here in spirit.

🌟 Introducing the Go, Not Gone Baton

In the midst of my grief journey after losing my Dad, I found solace in creating The Visit Box and in this season in my life I remembering him cheering me on during track meets, especially in the relay races. Now, in this season I’ve created the Go, Not Gone Baton as a powerful tool for anyone navigating grief. I find hope in the sixth stage of grief: Finding Meaning. 🏃‍♂️ Just as my Dad passed on encouragement, this baton allows us to carry forward our goals and aspirations. The teammate passes the baton, they still cheer us on, just like our loved ones cheer us on! They tell us to Go!📜 Write down your dreams, place them in the baton, and keep them close as a reminder of what you’re striving for in honor of your loved one. The baton stand is included, serving as a steadfast support for displaying this meaningful keepsake. What would your loved one say if they could pass a baton to you? What goals resonate in your heart? Let’s continue their legacy together.

I had the honor to have three in person grief group coaching sessions this week. I have heard names and stories of so many loved ones that are missed but truly remembered. I will be at the Modern Apothecary studio in Windsor, CO on Wednesday at 6pm. If you are unable to attend but interested in grief coaching, reach out! There is freedom in loving much, grieving much and remembering our loved ones.
