I am ending the rush.

Our society is focused on getting places quickly. Finishing tasks swiftly. Productivity. Efficiency. Building, selling, doing, going….

And while that all certainly has its place, your relaxation, health, and wellness are not something that benefits strongly from this mentality.

Sprinting in and out of appointments, worrying about the amount of time left in your session, mentally creating checklists of to-dos… all of this adds to the tension in your system, especially when it never stops.

So I am ending the rush. I refuse to rush through check in, session plans, bodywork, or integration any longer.

I refuse to hold the frantic energy of being bound by time in my body or my treatment space.

I am mindfully building a new structure to hold you in the energy you need the moment you walk into The Hive.

I am building in gentle landing time for you to wind down from all of the pressures of the world. Creating an atmosphere to welcome and hold you as your nervous system settles into a state of calm before you even ease on the table. Time to simply lay on the table, lingering in the melted sensation of pure relaxation before slowly returning. Like Sunday morning sweetness. Space to sip on water or tea as you let yourself reorient to the present moment.

No forcing. No pushing. No pressure.

Just presence and patience.

You’ll be amazed at what that invites 💛

Massage and energy work offerings at The Hive are transforming. I’ve been feeling constricted by the confines of my current format of sessions. I have more to offer you. So I’m breaking out of the box and rewriting the rules.

Starting August 1st, every session you book with me will be

-E X P A N D E D-

A deep breath and gentle exhale.

A restorative healing session that starts the moment you walk through the front door and feels spacious and un-rushed.

Plenty of time to settle in and ease into the space, discuss goals and progress, and make informed, aligned decisions for your session.

Every minute of your expected hands on treatment time that bleeds into as long as you need to step off the table. Taking time reorient to being vertical and in the present moment.

Wrapping the session up with processing of treatment findings, discussion on how to integrate changes in daily life and collaboration on future treatment plans over a cup of tea.

I can honestly say that this business is built on a foundation of love 💛🐝

My whole heart pours into every corner of this space, every pain staking detail, every service and ritual, every circle, gathering and celebration, every soul seeking relief.

It’s been incredibly beautiful and fulfilling and hard as hell through so many moments. I have learned so much and grown through at least 85 versions of myself and I couldn’t be more grateful be here now. I’m so dang proud of this thing I am building and seeing how far it’s come.

It just keeps getting better 🌻
