Sarah Rosse is an Australian author, speaker, journal coach, and founder of the 100 Conversations Initiative, a community project encouraging meaningful conversations about identity, grief, resilience, mental health, and the stories that shape our lives.
Sarah is the author of the memoir So, Who Are You Anyway?, a deeply personal exploration of identity, motherhood, ADHD, caring responsibilities, mental health, and the journey of rediscovering yourself through life’s challenges.
Through her writing, speaking, and coaching, Sarah helps people explore their own stories and find meaning in their experiences. Drawing on lived experience, she speaks openly about the invisible emotional labour of caring, navigating ADHD, the power of vulnerability, and what writing a memoir taught her about healing and self-discovery.
Through the 100 Conversations Initiative, Sarah aims to spark connection, reduce isolation, and create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and understood. She believes that sharing our stories is one of the most powerful ways to build understanding, foster resilience, and remind people they are not alone.
Sarah speaks on memoir writing, storytelling, identity, ADHD, caregiving, mental health, journalling, resilience, and the transformative power of authentic conversation.
