A little office update... 💙

Many of you have watched Cheyenne support families + celebrate their milestones, and now she gets to share one of her own! Cheyenne and her husband are expecting a baby boy in January 2027 😍

We're so honored to be a part of Becca's health journey. Read below on how care in our office changed her life!

She says, "I have struggled with emotional regulation and a variety of executive functioning skills. I have also struggled with major mood swings going from very low to very manic. 😖 I did not handle stress well, could not articulate my emotions or express my frustrations.

I was working on a variety of skills with my therapist and OT, but it was like I kept hitting a brick wall. I wasn’t going anywhere. Life kept piling up all around me. I knew I was about to break. ❎ I tried all sorts of strategies with my therapist and OT, but I was really struggling to find something that worked.

When I saw my scans for the first time at Garden City, I was shocked and excited. 😮It’s like everything finally made sense. I hoped against all hope that this would help me with my daily living skills.

After about a month, both my therapist and my OT commented on how much better I was handling stressors and that I seemed much more calm. About the same time, the receptionists at my OT were telling me that they could see a difference in my eyes and in my demeanor. ✨

This week I showed the OT and the receptionists my newest scan results. They were amazed at the difference in me. ☺️ They said when I started coming last year I was all hunched over, not much of a facial expression, and barely talked. But now I’m energetic, I talk to them, and I always appear happy!"

This first time Mama tells us how chiropractic care changed her baby, Eloise's, life!

She explains, "What brought us to Garden City Chiropractic was that Eloise was very fussy. She was dealing with a lot of reflux and poor sleep. 😴 She also had difficulty latching which caused nursing to be very painful.

It was such a struggle to be so freshly postpartum and feeling like something was wrong with me. 😞 It was so hard to not be able to feed her when everyone says it's so "natural." We were seeing lactation weekly and seeing a physical therapist for myofascial release. They were all helping, but it just felt like something was missing. 🧩 That's when we decided to try Garden City.

When I first saw her neurological assessment scan, I wasn't surprised at how poorly she was able to respond and adapt to stress. But it was very interesting to see it. 👀 I noticed the care here was working when she wasn't spitting up so much and started enjoying floor time play."

If your shoulders just dropped, keep reading. ♥️

Because somewhere along the way, you became the researcher, the scheduler, the advocate, the therapist, the chef, the chauffeur, and the one holding everything together. You learned to push through exhaustion, function on empty, and carry stress so well that most people don't even realize how much you're carrying. 🥺

You're tired because you've been fighting for your family for so long.
