LYFE Nutrition Krystal Bolduc; Functional Integrative Health Practitioner, Helping women move from a Body at War to Body at Peace.

Root-cause healing through nourishing the body with nutrition, detoxification and mindset shifting.
✨Romans 12:1-2 Hi, I’m Krystal Bolduc, Integrative Health Practitioner, Food Therapist, and founder of LYFE Nutrition (Living Your Full Experience). For decades, my own body carried the weight of autoimmune disease, PCOS, Hashimoto’s, and lupus. I know what it feels like to live in the constant bat

tle of fatigue, inflammation, and food/ diet/ body obsession. But I also know what it feels like to be free. By choosing to heal through whole food, detoxification, and deep soul work, I released over 100 pounds of weight and inflammation, reversed my conditions, and stepped into a life of vitality, strength, and joy. Now, my mission is to help women do the same. At LYFE Nutrition, I teach you how to end the war with food and body once and for all. Together, we uncover the root causes of weight gain, fatigue, hormone imbalance, and digestive distress not just so you can feel better for a season, but so you can thrive for life. My approach weaves together the three pillars of LYFE Nutrition:

Nutrition: Eating real, whole food that supports energy, longevity, and healing. Detoxification: Releasing toxins and restoring balance at the cellular level. Spiritual Alignment: Renewing the mind, breaking free from diet culture, and reclaiming your God-given identity. I believe healing isn’t just about losing weight or fixing symptoms it’s about reclaiming your power, your peace, and your purpose. I am honored to walk beside you as you discover that freedom is possible, and that your body was created to heal. This is your invitation to step out of survival and into LYFE.

Every meal is a vote for the life you’re creating. It’s not about perfection, calories, or willpower. It’s about choosing, over and over again, to care for the body God entrusted to you. This culture (and the people in it) make it a battle to live free of health issues. But remember babe, it’s each small choice that become the foundation for the life you get to experience in human form. 💫This recipe is one more delicious way to do exactly that. 💚

What’s in it:
* 4 cups cooked brown rice rotini pasta
* 1 cup edamame
* 1 bunch chopped green onion
* ¼ head shredded red cabbage
* 1 cup grated carrots
* 1 bunch chopped cilantro
* ⅓ cup crushed peanuts
*
Dressing
* 1 lime, squeezed
* ⅓ cup peanut butter, melted to be pourable
* 2 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp sriracha
* 2-3 tbsp water, to thin as needed
* 1 tbsp chili crunch oil
* 1 tsp maple syrup

How to make it:
* In a bowl, combine the pasta, edamame, green onion, red cabbage, carrot, cilantro and peanuts.
* In a jar, mix together the peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, sriracha, maple syrup and water until a smooth pourable dressing is formed. Using a small spoon, carefully disperse the chili crunch over the surface of your dressing to create a melting lava looking effect.* Pour the dressing over top and toss. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to four days 💫

For years, I was at war with my body. At over 250 pounds, I thought I simply needed more willpower and a better diet (the one I could actually stick to 🤣), but on the journey of losing more than 120 pounds, reversing type 2 diabetes, healing from autoimmune disease, and becoming an Integrative Health Practitioner, I realized my body had never been working against me… but is was communicating with me all along. 🤯

When hormones, blood sugar, gut health, and years of dieting (restrict/ binge) have disrupted our body’s natural signals, it can feel impossible to know what it’s really asking for. This is why my approach is to help women understand those signals and get back to divine design- so they can stop fighting their bodies (off and on, good or bad) and start working with them.

Maybe, just like me and so many other women, your body is not the enemy. She’s just begging to be heard and connected with.
When we nourish the body with consistency over time… we heal. 💙

In many things, we get to choose our hard. Here are 4 reframes I had to practice in order to heal my body from debilitating autoimmune diseases.

1. Moving our bodies is hard. So is not being able to move later in life.
2. Eating real, whole, organic food is hard. So is living with chronic health issues.
3. Spending time with God is hard. So is living life without Him.
4. Slowing down is hard. So is living in a constant state of physical stress.

Find the people and be the people that cheer you on in choosing "the hard" that empowers your life. Because, yes babe, your "one lyfe" is so worth it.
Consistency over time= A changed and healed self.

As I look out the window of this season of life, I don’t have all the answers. For me too sister, are still dreams unfolding, questions unanswered, and paths that have yet to reveal themselves. Over the past few years, I feel at peace with that. I am learning to trust that growth is not about arriving. But about becoming whole enough to hold both the beauty and the grief and the uncertainty of life all at the same time.

And maybe that’s what so many of us are really searching for. Not perfection, another achievement, or a single thing more thing to prove. Just the freedom that comes when we finally stop being at war with ourselves and begin embracing the fullness of who we were created to be.

I just want you to know that as a therapist/ coach, as I help you find yourself, level up, heal, reframe and transform- that I too am still on a journey. (The human experience) And once we surrender to the idea that on this side of heaven we will never “arrive”- the sooner we can find joy in the journey of expansion.
In this together. 💫🤍

The power of neuroplasticity 🧠✨↓

every thought, behavior, emotion, and experience strengthens neural pathways. the more a pathway is used, the stronger it becomes. this is neuroplasticity: your brain’s ability to adapt and rewire throughout life.

Hebb’s Law says it best: “neurons that fire together, wire together.”

this is why your thoughts matter.

when you repeatedly tell yourself:
• “i’m not disciplined.”
• “i always quit.”
• “i’ll never change.”

you reinforce those beliefs until they feel like facts. but neuroplasticity works both ways.

the same brain that learned self-doubt can learn confidence.
the same brain that learned procrastination can learn discipline. your brain doesn’t reinforce what’s true. it reinforces what’s repeated.

lasting change looks like:

1️⃣ awareness
2️⃣ questioning old beliefs
3️⃣ reframing thoughts
4️⃣ repeated action
5️⃣ consistency

because transformation isn’t about motivation. it’s about repetition. every workout. every meal. every boundary. every thought.

you’re either strengthening an old pathway or building a new one. train your brain deliberately. it’s always learning.

One of the biggest lies we have been sold is that if you’re constantly thinking about food, you’re simply lacking willpower.

As a food therapist and nutritionist, I can tell you that’s NEVER the whole story.

Food noise can come from restriction. It can come from nutrient deficiencies. It can come from chronic stress, hormonal shifts, blood sugar instability, emotional deprivation, or years of dieting that has taught your body not to trust you.

The answer isn’t always to try harder… sometimes the answer is to nourish deeper. HYPER nourish! And see how much easier it is to make the empowering food choice.

Our bodies are talking.
The question is: what are they trying to say? 🤍

I was never really a foodie until I started getting creative with plants. 🍅
It was EITHER diet food that was blah, unsatisfying and restrictive OR yummy junk food that my body hated me for.
Now… the thing I love about a plant forward lifestyle is being able to eat and ENJOY food that I love. But also, love my body back.
It’s either magic- or simply, the way God intended 💫🤍
