We are looking for a Fellowship or IR Residency-trained, CAQ-certified / eligible IR to provide high-quality IR in a community practice. Case mix is diverse but focuses on PAD, IO, venous access, biopsy/drainage, GU, venous interventions, dialysis access maintenance, gastrostomy, visceral embolization, vein ablation, vertebral augmentation and hepatobiliary interventions. Orthopedic injections can be either diagnostic or therapeutic. Arthrography uses a contrast injection into a joint to help visualize cartilage tears while Facet injection are injections of medications into the joints located between each set of vertebrae in the spine.

CRA interventional radiologist Dr. Wei Du was recently featured in the Lowell General Hospital Wellness and Resilience Committee’s Beyond Medicine: Staff Talent Series!

The series celebrates staff members whose passions extend beyond their professional roles, and Dr. Du was selected for this distinction in recognition of his longstanding dedication not only to medicine, but also to his artistic and personal pursuits outside of work.

In addition to his work as an interventional radiologist, Dr. Du is also an accomplished contemporary Chinese calligrapher and mixed-media artist. His lifelong dedication to both medicine and art reflect an extraordinary balance between technical precision and creative expression. Through decades of commitment to both medicine and arti, Dr. Wei Du demonstrates that resilience and fulfillment are built not only through professional excellence, but also through curiosity, creativity, and the courage to continue evolving.
