“The day I walked into the office I witnessed laughter, smiling faces, and very polite people. It was so comfortable I thought there were no bosses in the building and was surprised to find out they were present and wanted to talk to me right away. Since being here I find the atmosphere of Monarch Hospice is peaceful, caring, and helpful. There is a sense of TEAM at Monarch.”

*one on one time with each individual patient
*you work mostly by yourself so there’s no drama
*I’m not using my big wrangler and wearing it out driving everywhere
*I dont have to pay for gas driving
*fun festivities like the pirates game, walks, etc.
*uniforms are provided”

Managers and owners are there, available, and willing to help. Whether it’s Monarch related or a personal thing that you just need a listening ear for, everyone is there. And when they are there with you, they are present.”
