You never truly know what someone might be carrying. A simple check in, a moment of listening, or sharing a resource at the right time can make a meaningful difference.
This Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, we encourage you to follow Lewis County Su***de Prevention Coalition . All month long, they’ll be sharing ways to reduce stigma, raise awareness, and strengthen su***de prevention efforts right here in our community.
Together, we can help create a community where everyone feels seen, supported, and valued.

This Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, let’s remind each other: You don’t have to face a crisis alone.
The Lewis County Su***de Prevention Coalition is dedicated to reducing the stigma around mental health, raising awareness, and strengthening su***de prevention efforts right here in our community.
We offer free su***de prevention training for local residents and help coordinate rapid support so no one in Lewis County has to face a crisis alone.
In a rural community like ours, connection matters. By talking openly, looking out for one another, and knowing where to turn for help, we can make a difference.
If you or someone you know needs support, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.
You are not alone. Help is available.
