That’s why I added a “Sponsor a Child” section to my website through Rejuvenated Life Coaching. Rejuvenatedlifecoaching.com Your sponsorship helps provide mentoring, life skills, social-emotional learning, positive activities, and support for youth who truly need it.

Proud of what we’re building through Better Life LBK. We had a great session, amazing students, and meaningful conversations that reminded me why this work matters.

Every time we wrap up our talks, we end with our cadence, and it hits just as strong every time.

Proud of this young man and the progress he’s making. One of the biggest lessons we work on daily is simple but powerful: find a way to be happy, no matter what life throws at you.

Through everything he’s been through, he’s choosing growth… and that matters.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve had the opportunity to mentor a young man who has truly put in the work. Watching his growth has been powerful, from where he started to now working, providing, and taking care of his family.

This is what Rejuvenated Life Coaching is all about. Growth, accountability, and stepping into responsibility as a man.

Growth requires accountability. We can’t expect better behavior from our teens if there are no real consequences tied to their actions. Discipline isn’t about punishment, it’s about teaching responsibility, structure, and respect. When expectations are clear and consequences are consistent, that’s when real change begins. Take those phones away, restrict them from the internet, give them extra chores or whatever makes them uncomfortable.

Today was one of those moments that reminded me why I do what I do. 🙌🏽

I had the opportunity to treat these two incredible young men to dinner, and I couldn’t be more proud of them. Their growth, respect, and determination don’t go unnoticed. It’s bigger than a meal, it’s about showing them they’re seen, valued, and capable of so much more. Teresa Tijerina thank you and the staff at Ike’s the young men loved the food.

Great kids. Bright futures. Just getting started. 💪🏽✨
