The community came together in support of those navigating mental health challenges and recovery, while also honoring those we have lost to su***de. It was a wonderful evening dedicated to hope, healing and recovery.

A DAISY nomination is such meaningful recognition because it means someone took the time to stop and put into words the difference a nurse has made.

Congratulations to our 2026 DAISY Award recipient, Sheralyn Garrido!

Sheralyn received multiple nominations, with the same incredible qualities mentioned again and again: dignity, advocacy, teamwork, comprehensive care, leadership, and compassion. She is known for always going above and beyond while continuing to meet patients where they are emotionally, physically, and psychologically. Sheralyn makes sure each individual feels heard, respected, valued, and cared for.

We are so proud to recognize Sheralyn for the incredible difference she makes in the lives of our patients, their families, and our team. Congratulations, Sheralyn!
