Quick question: when's the last time your scale lied to you? 👀
Here's the thing — two people can weigh exactly the same and look completely different. Why? Because "weight" is really just muscle + fat + water all lumped into one number. The scale can't tell you which one is changing.

That's the whole idea behind body composition. Instead of asking "how much do I weigh," it asks the better questions:

💪 How much of that is muscle?
📊 How much is fat?
💧 Am I holding onto water weight?
