National Community Health Worker Awareness Week is a special time to recognize and thank the amazing Community Health Workers (CHWs) who make a difference in our communities every day.

CHWs play an important role in helping people access health care, resources, and social services while building stronger and healthier communities.

This week, we celebrate their hard work, dedication, and compassion. We are truly grateful for all they do to support individuals and families and help create healthier communities for everyone.
