Great weekend at the 2026 Texas Academy of Family Physicians Student & Resident Summit! 🏥 🩺
Concord Medical Group was proud to have Dr. Ben Sheets, and Phillip Encinias, Senior Recruiter, representing our team as we connected with student & residents from across Texas.
We had some great conversations about moonlighting and post-residency careers, while sharing how practicing in rural Emergency Departments offers valuable clinical experience and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
We also enjoyed introducing REVIVE, our hands-on procedural training program that helps Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine residents build confidence in the critical procedures they'll encounter in rural hospitals emergency departments.
Thank you to the Texas Academy of Family Physicians for hosting another outstanding event. We appreciate the opportunity to connect with residents, strengthen relationships with residency programs, and continue investing in the next generation of physicians.
