Peace, Love & Relaxation Hello my name is Charity Caswell, LMT. I grew up in and around the Lubbock area and started using my hands to help people at a very young age.

With the passion to help people improve their health and overall well being, I joined the rewarding career of massage therapy. Experiencing first hand the improvements of massage on the body, I gained a love for using my God given talent to help others. I have a passion to help others feel better, so i am certified in many techniques to alleviate the aches and pains associated with the following chronic illnesses: cancer, diabetes, heart disease, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and headaches as well as anxiety and depression. My training and education also extends to hot stones massage and treatments that help with insomnia, improve circulation, reduce muscle tension and moisturize the skin.
