The deepest healing happens in relationship, with people who can hold your story, challenge your patterns, and remind you that you’re not carrying this by yourself.

Isolation might feel safer, but connection is where the real healing takes place.

“Think the thoughts you would think if you trusted Gods promises completely!” - The 4:8 Principle

Talk about convicting. What would change in your life if you could intentionally work on trusting in Gods promises and letting all of your thoughts and actions align with that? I’ll go first, I wouldn’t live in an anxious state. I wouldn’t fear flying tomorrow. I wouldn’t fear something happening to my loved ones. I would live in absolute Joy and Excitement at life and what is to come. So here is my prayer today and I encourage it to be yours as well.

I got you, but most importantly, Gods got you!

Do you ever pray for something, but not really believe that it will happen? I know I do, so that’s today’s challenge. What you’re praying for, actually believe in it. Spend time envisioning it happening. Believe that God will come through!

Having anxiety and loving God is one of the hardest and most misunderstood things.

Because people think faith means you never struggle.

They say things like…
“Just pray more.”
“Just trust God.”
“Stop worrying.”

But anxiety isn’t a switch you can just turn off.

You can love Jesus and still have moments where your mind feels heavy.

You can trust God and still have tears running down your face.

You can have faith and still ask Him to help you through the thoughts you’re fighting.

God doesn’t look at you in your anxious moments and see a lack of faith…

He sees His child who needs Him.

Remember… Jesus didn’t shame people who were hurting.
He came close.

So if today your heart feels heavy and your mind won’t slow down…

Take it to Him.

Not because you failed Him…

But because He wants to carry what was never meant for you to hold alone. 🤍
