Position Summary

The Wellness Associate serves as a key member of our team, providing outstanding customer care, patient education, and support throughout each patient’s wellness journey. The ideal candidate is energetic, compassionate, professional, and dedicated to helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and enthusiasm
Provide exceptional customer service and patient support
Educate patients on wellness programs, body contouring services, and treatment options
Conduct patient follow-ups and maintain ongoing communication
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records
Support marketing and community outreach initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized, and positive clinic environment
Help patients stay motivated and engaged with their treatment plans
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure an outstanding patient experience

Qualifications

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
General knowledge of health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, or healthcare
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Sales, wellness, healthcare, fitness, or medical spa experience is a plus
Passion for helping people improve their health and confidence
