“Lupita volunteered to go with the patient so he could walk the stage with his classmates and receive his diploma. High school graduation is a major steppingstone in a teenager’s life, and because of Lupita, this patient was able to be there.”

Join us in congratulating Lupita Quintanilla, Acute Care RN, for receiving the DAISY Award! Lupita's compassion helped make an unforgettable memory possible for a patient who had already missed so many milestones during a lengthy hospital stay. By walking alongside him on graduation day, she demonstrated what it truly means to go above and beyond for those in our care. Thank you, Lupita, for making a difference in the lives of your patients and their families. 🌼 💛
