To our LFMC family,

With heavy hearts, we want to let you know that our clinic will be closing at 11:00 AM on Wednesday so that we may honor the memory of our very dear friend, Warren Clark.

Warren was like a brother. Always eager to help as we shared the passion of classic cars . Warren had a gift of restoring and painting old Camaros and C-10 trucks , turning them into timeless treasures.

ALS is such a cruel disease BUT death has no sting . Warren had a personal relationship with Jesus and without any doubt is with Him in Heaven .

2 Corinthian 5-8 : “ We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord “

In a small community, we often share in one another’s joys and sorrows. This loss has touched our hearts deeply, and we feel it is important to be there to celebrate a life that meant so much to so many.

We are grateful for your understanding and grace as we take this time to honor our friend, support their loved ones, and reflect on the importance of the relationships that make our community so special.

Thank you for allowing us the privilege of serving this community—not only in times of health, but also in times of loss. We appreciate your patience and continued support, and we will resume our regular business hours on Thursday, Aug. 6th.

Please keep the family and all who loved Warren in your thoughts and prayers. ❤️

To help us provide the best care possible for all of our patients, we’d like to remind everyone of our walk-in policy.

✅ Walk-in appointments are for acute medical concerns only, such as sudden illness, injuries, or other urgent health issues.

❌ Routine medication refill appointments are not considered walk-in visits and must be scheduled in advance.

Please also keep in mind that patients with scheduled appointments will be seen first. If you choose to walk in for an acute concern, there may be an extended wait depending on our appointment schedule.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide quality care while respecting the appointment times of our scheduled patients.
