Welcome to GRHS, Erin Lazenby, CPNP! 💙

George Regional Health System is excited to welcome Erin Lazenby, Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, to our pediatric team!

Erin brings more than 25 years of experience caring for children and families and has been practicing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 2014. A lifelong resident of South Mississippi, she is excited to continue doing what she loves—caring for children, getting to know their families, and watching them grow.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, their family and grandchildren, and escaping to the beach whenever they can.

Please join us in welcoming Erin to the GRHS family! We’re excited to have her caring for the little ones in our community. 💙
