🚧 Temporary Office Closure Notice 🚧

Lake County Behavioral Health Services' Clearlake office at 7000-B South Center Drive is temporarily closed for remodeling.

The good news: services are continuing during this transition!

📍 Mental Health Services that were provided at the Clearlake location have temporarily moved to our North Shore office in Lucerne.
6302 Thirteenth Ave
Lucerne, CA 95458

📍 Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services, DUI Services, and SUD Prevention Services have temporarily relocated to our Lower Lake office:
9055 Highway 53
Lower Lake, CA 95457

Please note that the Lower Lake office is located in the same building as Lake County Probation, but services are provided in a separate, confidential space. Individuals seeking SUD services should enter through the last door at the end of the building on the right-hand side.

We appreciate your patience as we work to improve our Clearlake facility and look forward to welcoming you back once renovations are complete. If you have questions about services or appointments, please contact Lake County Behavioral Health Services.
