Serenity Point Counseling and Wellness Rebecca Lange, LMSW, PMH-C. I have a certification in Perinatal Mental Health. I am able to provide in-person therapy to those willing to travel to Ludington.

I have extensive training in the areas of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which are three modalities I Use frequently in my practice. Additionally, I am trained as a coach through the University of Michigan Trails to Wellness program which strives to bring mental health care, specifically CBT skills to school professionals. I am able to provide virtual therapy to anyone in Michigan.

This Friday, COVE is honored to welcome Samantha Stites—survivor, fierce advocate, and inspiring speaker—to our community.

Earlier in the day, we are proud to host a private professional talk for local law enforcement, prosecutors, victim advocates, and mental health professionals as we continue strengthening our community’s response to survivors.

Then, you’re invited! Join us for the FREE public event on Friday at 5:00 PM to hear Samantha share her powerful story of resilience, hope, and healing. Her message is one that will inspire, educate, and remind us all of the strength that can be found after trauma.

Whether you’re a survivor, a supporter, or someone who wants to learn more, we hope you’ll join us. Together, we can build a safer, more compassionate community.
