With 16 years of experience in the hearing industry, helping people hear better isn’t just my job… it’s something I’m truly passionate about. Many of you have trusted me with your hearing health over the years, and I’m incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.

You may have noticed some new faces in the office recently! As our practice has grown and the need for hearing care in our community continues to increase, I’ve brought on an amazing team to help serve our patients even better. But don’t worry — I’m not going anywhere. I’m still here and as committed as ever to helping you hear your best.

Mylei brings a drive and passion for learning that’s hard to match. She’s always eager to grow, expand her knowledge, and do everything she can to better serve our patients. What makes her role even more meaningful is that Mylei has personally experienced hearing loss herself. Because of that, she connects with patients on a deeper level and truly understands the impact better hearing can have on everyday life.

She’s bubbly, positive, and such an important part of our “girl squad” — a team that won’t stop until you’re hearing the very best you can.

Some patients come in with one simple request: “I just want something small… something no one sees… but something that’s truly customized for me.”

That’s exactly what we did today. 👂

This client wanted a hearing solution that was discreet, comfortable, and tailored specifically to his ear. The result? A tiny custom device that sits deep in the ear canal—so small it’s practically invisible, but powerful enough to make a big difference in everyday conversations.

The best part is seeing the smile when they realize they can hear clearly without feeling like everyone can see their hearing aid.

Better hearing doesn’t have to be bulky or obvious. Sometimes the best solutions are the ones you don’t notice at all.
