This is a great option for individuals who may have muscle cramping , chronic pain from fibromyalgia, long covid or even just sports. Many people are deficient in magnesium and this is a better option than popping constant ibuprofen. I use this nightly after a shower. It comes in a spray or a foam. The foam tends to rub in easier.
