I strive to make each of our sessions as therapeutic as possible and to meet your needs and exceed your expectations. I work with my clients to insure the best outcome. I do complementary consultations with each session. We may discuss take home therapies, alternative and complementary "medicines", as well as, the uses of aromatherapy, herbal and mineral supplements. Happy Holidays! Thinking about the New Year and all it has to bring. Personally, I am focusing on what I can do for my future self. Letting go of negative patterns of thoughts and behaviors that no longer are of benefit. Taking actions and making better decisions to enforce a better mind and body for the next decades.
